Consular Section of the Embassy will be closed by the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey on the 1st of July and on the first half of 2nd of July (until 14.00) due to the visit of HE Mr. President to Japan between the 27th of June and the 2nd of July, 2019.

Embassy staff will be available by telephone (+81-3-6439-5700) for emergency consular services such as transfer of deceased person’s body to Turkey on the abovementioned dates. It is kindly reminded that visa and notary services will not be provided on those dates.
