Consular Section of the Embassy will be closed by the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey between 14.00-18.00 hrs on the 21st of October and between 09.00-12.30 hrs on the 23rd of October.

Moreover, in accordance with the relevant articles of “Act on National Holidays No.2429” and “Act on Duties and Establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No.6004”, the Consular Section will be closed on the 22nd of October, which was officially declared as national holiday by the Japanese authorities.

The Consular Section will be available by telephone (+81-3-6439-5700 or +81-70-1456-9122) for emergency services such as transfer of deceased person’s body to Turkey on the abovementioned dates. It is kindly reminded that visa and notary services will not be provided on those dates.
